This month’s Company Spotlight is focused on Human Resources Coordinator, Kim Santandera!
How long have you been at DiRAD?
Just over a year.
What is your favorite thing about technology?
It’s always right at your fingertips, wherever you are.
What inspired you to get into your field?
I enjoy being the person that helps an employee understand a program or policy, as these are things they don’t deal with every day. I also enjoy being able to interact with every employee and support department managers. I also love to research, analyze, and simplify, which are all helpful in this field!
What is your favorite piece of technology?
Definitely my phone – I’d be lost without it!
What are some of your favorite hobbies?
Crafting, baking, golfing, and watching the Yankees!
What word would you use to describe the company culture at DiRAD?
Laid-back.
Tell us a little about your life outside of work.
Life outside of DiRAD is quite busy! My husband and I have been remodeling our home, my daughter plays soccer & is involved with Girl Scouts, my son plays baseball, we have 2 dogs and I’m ending a 2-year term as the Treasurer and beginning a 2-year term as the President of the Brittonkill PTSA.
