We are hiring for a full-time shift with a schedule of Tuesday 10:30am – 7:00pm, Wednesday – Friday 11:30am – 8:00pm, and Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm.
This position will be on-site at our office located in Clifton Park, NY (practicing social distancing guidelines).

Call Center Representatives in DiRAD’s outsourced call center play the important role of being the first point of contact for individuals who call, email or chat and need assistance with one of DiRAD’s contracted programs.
Our Call Center Representatives truly enjoy helping people, solving problems, finding answers and overall having a positive impact on someone’s day.
