DiRAD strives to be a supportive workplace, by encouraging our team to enjoy their hobbies and focus on health. We love finding new ways to improve our offerings and make this a great place to work, so we make it a point to check in with our team and see what their passions are.

We do this by highlighting the incredibly talented individuals who make our company special with a Company Spotlight.

This month’s Company Spotlight is focused on Madison Judge – the newest member of our marketing team!

How long have you been at DiRAD?

5 Months.

What is your favorite thing about technology?

The world really is at our fingertips. At any given time we have access to the greatest wealth of information we’ve ever had.

What inspired you to get into your field?

I am an outgoing and social person to my core. A career where I could combine my love of communication and skill in the new age of technology was a dream for me.

What is your favorite piece of technology?

My phone. With the combination of work and personal time, my screen time is WAY more than I’d like to admit. I can’t help myself!

What are some of your favorite hobbies?

Fitness is a huge priority of mine. I recently started my own fitness social media account. I love going to the gym, hiking, biking, swimming, walking, and a few road races here and there! Other than that, I love to travel, and find myself out of town most weekends.

What word would you use to describe the company culture at DiRAD?

Chill.

Tell us a little about your life outside of work.

As a recent college graduate, I am currently finding my way in the world. I love spending time with my friends here in the Capital Region, especially in Saratoga. Upstate NY summers are epic, but traveling out of town to spend time with my college friends is also a priority of mine. Other than that, when I’m not working out, I spend quite a bit of time on TikTok!

What’s your favorite quote?

“The pain you feel today will be the strength you need tomorrow.”
