This month’s Company Spotlight is focused on our extremely talented and multifaceted Sales Coordinator, Kathy.
How long have you been at DiRAD?
10 years
What is your favorite thing about technology?
I like being able to stay in touch and keep up while on the go.
What inspired you to get into your field?
Being a jack of all trades and master of none, many of my positions have just morphed from one to another. My favorite field is technology. When I look back to just having a manual typewriter to having a computer in your back pocket (your phone) today, it truly is amazing.
Apart from your phone, what is your favorite piece of technology?
Ah… good question! I guess it would be my car. A gal has to be mobile.
What are some of your favorite hobbies?
I enjoy working out, kayaking, doing various types of puzzles (love jigsaw puzzles), being with friends/family as we have a good time.
What word would you use to describe the company culture at DiRAD?
I would say, caring/family. Regardless of how hard everyone works and how focused everyone is on their work, we’re there for one another. I would also add that everyone is incredibly customer focused. And don’t forget the pets! How lucky are we!!!
Tell us a little about your life outside of work.
Outside of work, life is quiet. I enjoy the outdoors, volunteering and being with family/friends.
