Past Performance

Excelsior College – DiRAD implemented and supports a 550-user call center/IP-PBX system for the college’s main location, as well as SIP Trunking services.

Memphis Light, Gas & Water – Implemented and supports a Genesys contact center solution that handles all customer service operations for the utility, as well as several complex IVR systems integrating to proprietary back-end systems.

City of New York – DiRAD implemented contact center, IVR, and web solutions for various agencies including Administration for Children’s Services, NYPD, DCAS, Board of Elections, and Department of Health.

NYS Department of Motor Vehicles – DiRAD was contracted for and currently provides live, 7-day-a-week call center support for a statewide initiative to automate vehicle transactions, serving over 11,000 dealerships.
