In the modern workplace, the “paycheck for productivity” trade-off is becoming a relic of the past. Today, the most successful organizations aren’t just built on talent; they are built on a foundation of mutual appreciation. March 6th marks National Employee Appreciation Day, so in honor of this day, we’re using this months Company Spotlight as an opportunity to look back at what past spotlights have said about Team DiRAD as a whole. At the end of the day, a company is only as strong as the people who show up every day to build it. Reading feedback is a humbling reminder of why we do what we do. Hearing that Team DiRAD feels supported, valued, and—most importantly—part of a truly collaborative team is the greatest success we could ask for.
We know that “culture” isn’t something that can be mandated from the top down; it’s created in every Teams message, every brainstorm, and every time you step up to help a teammate.
