As a long time partner of Genesys, we were excited at the opportunity to attend Genesys Xperience 2026 in Las Vegas. Stepping into the event, there was an immediate electric energy with so many industry pioneers, solution architects, and fellow contact center leaders in one place. Attending the breakout sessions and keynotes allowed us a front row seat to how our field is rapidly evolving.

The main theme of the event was “Orchestration.” While contact center tools are getting better and better with more self-service options that include agentic tasks, the keynotes really focused in on how AI can help teams along the customer journey, from beginning to end. How it can “orchestrate” the journey from first call interaction, to improving its own virtual agents. There is a shift happening toward genuinely autonomous, AI-driven tools that empower human agents rather than replace them. A quote that was heard more than once was “AI recommends. People decide.” The live demonstrations showcased expanded omnichannel integration, advanced predictive routing, and real-time agent assistance that make seamless customer journeys feel entirely effortless. Seeing how these new AI-powered tools can eliminate tedious manual steps and surface instant insights means teams will be able to focus on complex customer interactions that require more empathy. Which has always been the goal.

It was wonderful getting to connect with so many people we work with throughout the year that we don’t get to see in person. Friends from Genesys as well as other partners with booths in attendance. Looking ahead, we’re thrilled about the future of contact center technology. We are standing on the edge of a new era where customer experience is proactive, personalized, and unified across every touchpoint. Genesys Xperience 2026 proved that the next generation of customer service tools won’t just improve connection with their customers, it will create a whole new CX ecosystem that CX teams can rely on.
