This month’s Company Spotlight is extra special because it’s all about the incredible people who make up DiRAD. We often talk about our core values: respect, transparency, collaboration, and direct feedback. We also stand firm against disrespect, office politics, and discrimination of any kind. These aren’t just words; they’re reflected in the wonderful individuals working here—the best and brightest who embody professionalism while maintaining a laid-back, approachable vibe.
As a heartfelt thank you, we recently hosted a DiRAD Company Picnic this summer. It was a fantastic opportunity for employees and their families from across all departments to enjoy the outdoors together. With so many of us working remotely, it was truly wonderful to see so many faces in person, connecting outside of our usual virtual interactions!
We firmly believe that events like this are vital for fostering a positive workplace culture. It’s easy for teams to get consumed by daily tasks and lose sight of our collective spirit. The picnic provided a superb opportunity for everyone to connect in a relaxed, informal setting. We saw incredible team bonding moments built around delicious BBQ, refreshing ice cream, and lively competition for our fun raffle baskets.
We’re already looking forward to organizing more events like this in the future to keep our DiRAD community strong!
