Last month, the DiRAD team gathered at the scenic Saratoga Spa State Park for our highly anticipated annual Company Picnic! It was a fantastic afternoon bringing employees and their families together to relax, reconnect, and celebrate our incredible team.
Guests enjoyed a mouthwatering BBQ feast catered by Meat and Company, followed by an extra-special treat when the iconic Emack & Bolio’s ice cream truck rolled in to serve up scoops for everyone.
The crowd-favorite raffle brought plenty of friendly competition and heartwarming moments. Some team members went all-in on the prized golf basket, while others generously gifted their tickets to children eyeing the Kids Fun Basket. Fittingly enough, the two biggest pups in attendance ended up taking home the coveted DiRAD Dog Basket! Seeing everyone cheer each other on and celebrate their wins made the afternoon unforgettable.
As a predominantly remote workforce, face-to-face time like this is invaluable. Our people are the heart and soul of DiRAD, and gatherings like this are just one small way we express our deep gratitude for everything they accomplish. Chatting, bonding, and sharing a great meal together directly translates to stronger connections and better teamwork across the board.
A bit of rain couldn’t dampen our spirits! From coloring on the tablecloths and some games of cornhole to hanging out with all the wonderful DiRAD dogs under the pavilion, the positive energy was unmatched.
