DiRAD Technologies, a growing communications solution provider, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant. Headquartered in Clifton Park, DiRAD specializes in Unified Communications, Interactive Voice Response, Call Center, and custom web development. DiRAD holds various government contracts and has many high-profile customers such as major NYC agencies, NYS government, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, and many more.
To be successful, we are looking for someone who is results oriented and can build strong relationships with management and employees along with possessing great communication and interpersonal skills.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain personnel files to ensure there are complete and accurate records.
- Provide support during recruitment and interviewing processes.
- Draft and issue offer letters for new/re hires.
- Process all new/re hire documents and employee change forms.
- Provide support during the onboarding process and employee orientation.
- Track new/re hire onboarding tasks and status and follow up when necessary
- Assist with updating and/or creating departmental forms.
- Other related duties as required/assigned

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- AAS Degree in related field a plus
