DiRAD Announces Federal GSA Contract

NY- May 23 - DiRAD Technologies
recently announced a U.S. General Services Administration (GSA)
Schedule 70 contract award for Hosted Interactive Voice Response
(IVR) services. DiRAD’s Hosted IVR technology provides advanced
voice services such as outbound notification via phone call, polls,
email or text messaging, telephone access to data for
inquiries/updates and web-based controls. Hosting allows customers
to purchase voice services as the need arises, without acquiring
equipment or software.
