The DiRAD GSA schedule contract offerings include Hosted IVR solution services. The hosted IVR solution services provide application development and ongoing monthly services customized to an agencies requirement.

DiRAD has agreed to extend our GSA offerings to state and local governments under Section 211 of the E-Government Act which enables states and localities to purchase IT products, services, and support equipment from Federal Supply Schedules.

For the purposes of set-aside procurements and subcontracting opportunities DiRAD Technologies is considered a small business concern.
